Aya’s Bio | Arabic Speaking Therapist
Psychotherapist
Sometimes it is difficult to accept help and support from the people that care about us the most. Seeking mental health services can be a stressful process but I am here to guide you every step of the way to a safe and welcoming environment. I differentiate treatment based on the unique needs of my clients. I will meet you where you are and help you establish the goals you want to achieve with sustained support. My approach in therapy includes Humanistic and Cognitive-Behavioral therapeutic interventions. I focus on the parts that will bring you the most fulfillment in your life and align you with your most authentic self. My clinical focus is treating individuals who are experiencing problems related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment issues as well as relationship issues. I work with individuals in varying age groups from adolescence to older adults. I also enjoy working with clients from different cultural backgrounds. I am a bilingual therapist that can offer treatment to the English as well as the Arabic speaking populations. The client-therapist relationship is very important to me, that is why your trust and safety will always be my number one priority. I will always work with you at your own pace to enhance our time together and help you find your purpose.
