In Bipolar Disorder clients can shift between bouts of depression and episodes of mania which can include feeling euphoric, irritable, inability to sleep, grandiosity and can even lead to hallucinations and delusions. The treatment for depression includes supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and possibly medication treatment.
