Whatever brought you here, you do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Sometimes simply having a space where you can openly talk, reflect, and feel heard can be an important place to start.<\/p><p>My approach to counseling is centered around the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you how you should think, feel, or live, but to work alongside you as we better understand your experiences, identify what may be holding you back, and explore what meaningful change looks like for you. I strive to create a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment built on trust, empathy, honesty, and genuine conversation.<\/p><p>Therapy does not always have to feel formal or intimidating. I want our sessions to be a place where you can be yourself, speak openly, and know that you are being heard without judgment.
